Cable television theft was the reason for Thursday’s power blackout which affected the Port Alfred CBD and parts of the West Bank.
CDR Electrical, the electrical contractor designated by Ndlambe Municipality in location of Manelec, restored power to a lot of who had been impacted just after 4pm.
